The statewide Florida Pioneer Network is a culture-change coalition. We are associated with, but not part of, the national Pioneer Network. Both networks seek to transform nursing homes and other long-term care organizations. And we aim to change the culture of aging to be more life- affirming, satisfying, humane and meaningful.
